‘I Wouldn’t Have Any Problem Going Nude In A Movie If It Serves A Good Purpose’

Popular Ghanaian actress, Ama K. Abebrese has indicated that she will have no problem going nude in movies so if it serves a good purpose.

In her view, if many Ghanaians don’t have a problem with puberty rites, especially DIPO where breasts are displayed, then they should not have a problem with actors and actresses going nude in movies.

She explained that Ghanaians overly complain about nudity, but there is actually nothing wrong with it when nudity is used in the right context.

“I don’t have any problem going nude in movies but i will do that if it serves a good purpose.

For instance, if I am to play a Yaa Asantewaa role where she was stripped, I would gladly do that. The purpose for which the nudity is used is the main issue,” she said in a recent interview.
