‘You Can Have A Degree & Still Be An Idiot’ (+Screenshot)

If you think the beef between Strongman and Medikal is over, you better revise you notes. In what appeared to be one of the fiercest beef ever recorded in the music industry in Ghana, the two GH rappers went head-to-head in 2-diss songs apiece exactly a week ago which somewhat rejuvenated the Hiphop/Hiplife sphere since Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy decided to lay down their tools- LITERALLY!

Although there seems to be a ceasefire as far as this beef is concerned, Flowdelly, the road manager of Medikal has subtly fired some shots at Strongman in response to one of his lines in his ‘Don’t Try’ diss song to Medikal.

In Strongman’s “Don’t Try” diss song, he rapped thus; “SHS leaver hold ya heart before you talk to a graduate”. To break this down, Strongman is a product of University of Cape Coast whilst Medikal is just an SHS leaver therefore Stronggee cautioned MDK not to start a lyrical war with someone who is way above him on the academic ladder.

It’s against this background that Flowdelly shot in with his opinion by suggesting that academic qualification isn’t synonymous to intelligence.

He wrote; “I hate when people confuse education with success. You can have a degree & still be an idiot.”
